Well she feels bad about everything and she concerns about you a lot. Idk if she still likes you but she gets worried about you. She considered you a good friend. And honestly she wasn't trying to get Liam to cheat on you. He asked her out behind your back and she said no cuz she didnt want to hurt you. She just was still in love with him and clung to him. I told her not to flirt too much. She just missed him...I mean she felt the same way you did when he was ripped out of her hands...it's a horrible feeling and she just couldn't let go.
